CHALLENGE
Fuzja as a project implemented in a large post-factory area, with lots of beautiful old buildings requiring restoration or remodeling, is carried out in several stages.
The task was to open the part of the project where the construction works were completed to the residents of Fuzja, neighbors and the general public. Showing the potential of this place, creating a community around it, and in the result a strong and recognizable brand supporting apartment sales.
SOLUTION
The area was adapted for safe organization of various events and welcoming a large number of guests.
Afterwards, the „Fusion with summer” program was developed on the basis of previous research, taking into account the competitors, local aspects and expectations of the community. The program was prepared in a way to accommodate the needs of all generations. Fuzja invited everyone, without excluding anyone.
The historic boiler room and the outer space, called Anna’s Garden, has been arranged for various types of events suitable for all generations, including families with children, teenagers, and seniors.

Thanks to close cooperation with local artists and cultural institutions in Łódź, a very engaging and diverse program of activities was successfully created.
The program featured engaging workshops, swap meets, outdoor movie screenings, dance parties, chess school, yoga sessions, dog training school, and many other attractions.

The entire Anna’s Gardens were arranged to provide spaces for spending time with friends, playing board games or outdoor games like badminton and foosball, relaxing on deck chairs, enjoying delicious coffee and ice cream, or reading and exchanging books from the free on-site library.
