CHALLENGE
Managing the production of trade show. As the Marketing Manager, I was responsible for overseeing every aspect of the event, from planning and budgeting to execution and communication. This included selecting the perfect venue, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with designers and producers.
Ensuring brand consistency and creating engaging promotional materials were also crucial elements. The goal was always to promote company brand, support project launch, and boost sales effectively.
SOLUTION
Successfully managing this event involved meticulous planning and strategic decision-making. I coordinated with designers to create visually appealing and functional stands, and with producers to ensure high-quality production.
I also oversaw the development of printed materials and promotional items, ensuring they aligned with project brand strategy.
Innovative and interactive solutions were implemented to stand out among competitors. By managing logistics, communication, and brand consistency, I delivered event that met all objectives and enhanced our market presence.
Throughout the project, meticulous attention to detail and brand consistency were paramount. Every element, from booth design to promotional materials, was carefully crafted to reflect the identity of the project brand. By maintaining a cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints, the brand image was strengthened and trust was built with the audience.



The location of the stand was meticulously chosen to highlight the prestige and uniqueness of the project. Positioned in a high-traffic area with a beautiful view of the port and a private terrace for hosting guests, the stand’s placement ensured maximum visibility and appeal.
The strategic location provided ample natural light, fresh air, and stunning views, creating an inviting atmosphere for attendees.

The stand design and floral decorations were crafted to echo the green terraces and gardens planned in the project. The cascading structure of the stand mirrored the architectural elements of the project, creating a cohesive and visually striking presentation. This attention to design and detail made the stand one of the most distinctive elements at the trade show, setting it apart from the competition.



Every detail was carefully considered to ensure a cohesive and captivating presentation. From the booth design to custom publishing materials and promotional gadgets, consistency was maintained throughout.
Highlights included the „Let’s Warsaw” promotional package, which offered tickets to the most interesting places in Warsaw, and the small touches like coffee mugs that added to the overall experience. Each element was crafted to reflect the project’s identity and reinforce its brand message.
