Planning, leading and designing a responsive website for the Ronson brand. The process followed user-centered design principles from concept to the final UX product, ready for the UI development phase.

CHALLENGE

To design a seamless, intuitive digital experience for Ronson Development that meets the expectations of today’s users — helping them quickly find information, understand the offer, get in touch, and move confidently toward a purchasing decision. Potential customers expect clarity, comfort, and zero friction from their very first interaction. If the process feels confusing or inefficient, they abandon it. That’s why the new website must guide them naturally, support decision-making, and build trust at every step of the journey.

SOLUTION

The project aims to deliver an intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly website that ensures a seamless experience for all users, regardless of their digital skills. The design prioritizes a clear and efficient user journey, guiding visitors naturally and logically from first interaction to purchasing decision — minimizing friction and maximizing conversion speed.
